TERMS FOR CLAIM SUBMISSION AND RETURN OF THE GOODS
Pursuant to the applicable Law on Consumer Protection (Official Herald of RS, No. 62/2014, 6/2016 - other act and 44/2018 - other act)), online shopping through our website www.marfurfauxfur.com is considered distance selling.
The Customer shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason thereof within 14 days as of the date of taking over of the goods, unless ordered and received goods were made according to the specific requirements of the Customer, custom-made or personalized.
The Customer shall be entitled to this right by sending the Statement of withdrawal from a Distance Contract to E-mail address and by returning the goods to the Seller’s address. The Seller shall be obliged to inform the Customer without delay of the receipt of this Statement.
The Customer must return the product unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, accompanied by the form “Statement of Withdrawal from a Distance Contract”.
The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer, except in cases when the product received does not correspond to what the Customer ordered or there are defects on the goods for which the Seller is responsible.
The Seller reserves the right not to accept the returned product if it is found during the inspection that it was used or damaged by the Customer.
Upon acceptance and inspection of the returned goods, the Seller shall be obliged to refund all payments received from the Customer for purchasing the products.

If you realize that the size of the delivered item is inappropriate, in case you want to replace the item for another one of the same or higher price level, please contact us by phone +381 63 7575685 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, sending the invoice/delivery note, code and the size of the item that you wish to replace, with the originally ordered item.
After that, a physical check is carried out regarding the availability of the desired size or desired item, and you will receive instructions on your email explaining the entire process of replacing the item with the right size i.e. replacing the items.
It is compulsory that the returned goods are in a good and unused condition and in their original, undamaged packaging. The ordered goods cannot be replaced if worn.
The deadline for the replacement of the size is 14 days from the date when the customer submitted the request and upon receiving the product.
The expenses pertaining to the replacement of goods and money is borne by the buyer, except in cases when the customer receives a damaged or wrong item.
